SCS, through master contracts between Manheim/Cox Automotive and RACO Construction Services/Meja Construction, has provided – and continues to provide – Construction Management or Program Management services on Capital Improvement and Expansion projects of varying sizes and scopes and in various locations across the United States.  One such project is the 3,000 SF addition to the Auto Receiving Facility in Mansfield Township, NJ.  Another is the expansion to the parking infrastructure at the Manheim Greer/BMW facility in Greer, SC. The installation of a Vehicle Entry Canopy in Cranberry Township, PA for Manheim Pittsburgh is another example.
